- Handling and Planning of RM/PM & FG store
- Stock maintenance of RM/PM, Coordination with Purchase section as and when needed.
- Handling interdepartmental relations, Customers, and Regulatory Audits.
- Communication with Vendor/Purchase Dept for any query or Follow-up
- Coordination with Production Dept to meet Planned requirements
- Carrying out the Training and Development session.
- Knowledge of Change Control Deviation for CAPA & risk assessment.
- Well versed with software like ERP, SAP, Track & trace, Barcoding, etc
- Handling of Regulatory audits by MHRA, EU, TGA, WHO, etc
- To prepare and execute the qualification/validation documents and activity of different equipment and area of the warehouse. Eg. Temperature mapping, Bar code system, RLAF, Dynamic Pass box.
- Preparation and Review of SOPs
- Invoicing & Dispatch activity of FG’s
- Good communication skills with vendors for procurement, follow up- supply and demand.
