Position: Plant HR Head

Location: Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh

Job Description:

Human Resources:

  • Recruitment and Induction, PMS, HRIS, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Engagement,
  • Prepare, Review and Control Manpower and HR Budgets, HR Analytics and Data Management,
  • Learning & Development, Attrition control and Exit Experience, Employee Feedback, and Surveys for improving people’s culture to Top as Great Place to Work.

Employee Relations:

  • Proactively engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a highly conducive work environment and working towards improving productivity and IR at the plant.

Statutory Compliances:

  • Employee related statutory compliances EPF, ESIC, LWF,
  • Factories Act and Other compliances viz Pollution Control Board, Fire & Safety, Forest Department, DTCP, Panchayat, and all essential areas relevant to Orange category processing units in Himachal Area.
  • Contract Labour Management to ensure 100% engagement and compliance by the Contractor.


  • Ensure a hygienic work environment in line with GMP guidelines,
  • Security System, Communication systems, Canteen Management, Transport Management, Medical Facilities, Employees Welfare,
  • Liaison with Govt, and nearby Socialization, Events management, and relationship with the local representatives, political bodies, and Police/District Administration.

Team Management:

  • Motivates, Mentors and Coaches team and role assignment of each team member to his/her fullest potential,
  • Mitigates team conflict and Monitors performance evaluations and career development of team members and support in mentoring other managers for the same.

Desired Candidate profile:

  • He / She should have Full-time MBA / PG in HR/ PMIR/ MSW from a reputed institute with 12-18 years’ experience (preferably 2-3 years with pharma companies).
  • Should have managed HR, IR & Administration in the manufacturing environment independently.
  • Excellent Data Analytics, MS office, Interpersonal and Communication Skills are prerequisites.
  • Knowledge of SAP-HR or similar HRIS would be an added advantage.
