Position: Business Analyst

This role provides the opportunity to lead key activities few are –

• Business Unit systems support for multiple internal and external vendor stakeholders.  Operates as a subject matter expert in a shared service operating model and provides systems support as needed.  
• Provide solutions in support of the business to ensure ongoing access and use of promotional systems. 
• System expertise in management/support of business unit applications, including SharePoint Team Sites.
• Ensure data passes accurately from platform to platform.
• Manage US Local Operating Country (LOC) access, training, system enhancements, and support of related systems and applications.
• Ensure the integrity and consistency of systems and approval processes through metrics reporting, dashboards, and systems metadata.
• Liaise with Global on workflow alterations or systems improvements.
• Design, develop and implement methodologies and protocols that ensure the accuracy of data sources and confirm the validity of reports

Qualification: Graduation with Strong understanding of IT Systems

Experience: Technical Writing Experience, Demonstrated ability to Influence Leaders
