We have newly setup plants of Oncology, General Injectable, and Dermaceuticals. Upcoming plans of General Oral Solid Dosage at Jarad, near Vadodara. Alembic is having manufacturing facilities at Vadodara, Panelav, Karkhadi, Jarod in Gujarat, and Domestic manufacturing of Formulations at Sikkim. Gujarat based facilities are approved by the US FDA, EDQM, TGA, MHRA, and MCC. Alembic Research Center at Vadodara (ARC) and AG Research Center at Hyderabad a world-class research organization provides a comprehensive range of services in the areas of synthetic chemistry, formulations, NDDS, Oncology as also preclinical pharmacology, bioequivalence / bio-analytical studies, etc. ARC & AG Research, designed to state-of-the-art GLP standards with more than 350 scientists working on the latest technology and systems. Position: Product Executive / Product Analyst

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conducting Market Research to analyze and measure the brand preference vis–vis competition
  • Developed Marketing campaigns to increase brand promotions and recall at internal and external stakeholders Cross-functional interaction with Medical, Purchase, Distribution, Digital, Finance, and Business Excellence for brand objective
  • Monthly analysis of internal & external market, effort parameters & budget data & building strategies for customer retention & acquisition.
  • Timely delivery of promotion inputs like LBL, detailer, and VA to field force and manage inventory
  • Connect with the field to check the implementation of brand strategies and gain feedback
  • Conduct Cycle-meetings to brief the sales force about the half-yearly strategies
  • Utilizing IMS and Secondary data to monitor brand performance

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Analytical skills
  • Converting information & data to a relevant & relatively unique proposition- creativity Communication
  • Collaborative skills- cross-functional excellence, between sales team as well as other support functions

Qualification: MBA/PGDM – Marketing

Experience: 2-5 Years

Salary: Negotiable
