Position: Product Manager
Location: Mumbai
Job Description:
1. Analyzing the market, and competition & conducting market research to identify opportunities, threats & key issues for Acute & Chronic business.
2. Developing marketing strategies & programs to address key issues for Anti cold/ENT/Antibiotics/ Ophthalmic/ Pediatric/ CNS/ Cardio Diabetic Product portfolio.
3. Developing innovative & informative promotional programs for augmenting Field Force detailing efforts.
4. Controlling & monitoring expenses to maximize return on investment.
5. Coordinating across the Field Force and other departments to resolve various product-related issues from time to time.
6. Extensive fieldwork to understand the market, evaluate the implementation of strategies and monitor key competitor activities.
7. Participating as a team player in the Operating Plan every year.
Qualification: B.Sc, B.Pharma, M.Sc, M.Pharma, MBA/PGDM
Experience: 3-8 Years
Salary: Negotiable
