Job Description:

Job Purpose:

Product Manager for Commercial Excellence

The Product Manager will drive product planning and execution for several use cases under CiplaConnect throughout the lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and sales team requirements, defining the vision, and working closely with engineering, SFE, and business teams to ensure new ways of working of SFE are adopted

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate the story’ effectively to key stakeholders and the rest of the team

    • Own the end-to-end product from inception to development and determine business value once the solution enters production

    • Ensure alignment of product features and stories, i.e., review, give feedback and prioritize User Stories in line with own vision.

    • Continuously improve backlog with the team, ensuring all items are clearly described, estimated, and prioritized

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the product is aligned with the team’s strategy and requirements

    • Ensure customer-driven design considering user pain points & usability test results, while using market & industry knowledge as well as continual research, to deliver a well-positioned product

    • Approve each feature and provide valuable feedback for the team

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field


  • 8+ years of experience in leading teams in an agile setting in a similar role
  • Preferably from a pharma/healthcare sector with experience in working on large-scale CRM
  • Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the healthcare industry with a focus on digital
  • Comfortable with technology/IT to be able to engage in discussion with the tech team to understand risks


  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story
  • Sufficient authority to make real-time decisions in the Agile Room
  • Ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders –strong leadership skills
  • Strong problem solver with the ability to lead the team to push the solution and progress
  • Challenger mindset and passion to challenge status quo to find new solutions and drive out-of-the-box ideas –loves and embraces change
  • An experimental mindset to drive innovation

Salary: Negotiable
