Position: Product Manager

Location: Delhi, India

Job Description:


  • The jobholder is responsible for both the planning and marketing of the product including managing the products throughout the product life cycle.

Key Outputs:

  • Brief and train the sales force at quarterly meetings for new products.
  • Sample and promotion planning that includes preparation of Annual Plan along with the cyclic allocation of each cycle.
  • A new product launch that includes preparation of trade allocation and six-monthly planning.
  • Brand management and Market Research that includes Quarterly sale analysis of allotted Brands.

Skills/ Knowledge:

  • Demonstrates proficient written communication skills Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Operates as an effective team member with an ability to influence others.
  • Respond positively and calmly under pressure.
  • Prepared to work long hours with early starts late finishes as necessary.
  • Should have thorough information about the Pharma industry.
  • Should have good presentation/teaching skills
  • Confident, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player with superior interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Professional in manner and value confidentiality in all dealings.
