Position: Product Manager, Return to Work, (Re-Ignite)

Location: Greater Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Job Description:

Ethicon Endosurgery a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices India is recruiting for a Senior Product Manager, located in Mumbai

This position is an individual contributor and the incumbent will be responsible for developing marketing plans for existing product portfolio and newer launches, driving sales for brands, collaborating with key customers and stakeholders as well as assessing market conditions for assisting the sales force for the enhancement of sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on creating strong execution plans including marketing plans with strategies, market segmentation, targeting, market analysis, action plans, marketing expenses and sales forecast to drive growth and profitability
  • Strong collaboration with Sales & Commercial Leaders to determine best opportunities and execution plans.
  • Leverage the patient journey to identify the value pools and bring solutions; Identify “place in therapy” in which the brand should add value;
  • Develop creative sales aids, demo tools, and promotional materials in close collaboration with MACOS/Compliance/Legal and APAC Teams;
  • Develop Training plan and contents (face-to-face training, web training, etc.)
  • Identify motivational drivers and barriers per stakeholder group with a clear understanding of the external environment and competitive dynamics;
  • Engage with stakeholder groups with targeted messages through different interaction channels;
  • Interact with Field Force to deeply understand customer needs and provides solutions;
  • Ensure the proper execution of sales training programs, Congress and Prof Ed collaboration
  • Effectively manage the promotional budget

Education:

  • MBA from a Tier 1/Tier 2 Business School
  • University degree (medical education or related sciences education would be an advantage)

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably from Healthcare Medical devices or Life Science industry.
  • Exposure to B2B sales or Account Management will be preferred
  • In-depth understanding of the Consumer insight process
  • Ability to leverage the knowledge of marketplace and competitor landscape translate them into clear short-term and long-term strategies.
  • Self-driven with a proven track record of innovative approach and learning agility and effectiveness of working with various stakeholders in a matrix organization
  • Experience with data analytics, omnichannel marketing including digital marketing is preferred
  • Exposure to both sales and marketing is required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creativity, high level of motivation, ethical approach in achieving business goals
  • High level of energy, engagement, and responsibility
