Job Description:

  • Developing Market Strategies to Improve Business and Market share, adding value to Top-line and Bottom-Line in accordance with Product/Brand Targets
  • Developing and Designing Innovative Campaigns of Marketing for Healthcare Professionals for Multiple Mediums like Digital, Mobile, Radio, etc and its flawless Execution
  • Execute & monitor on-ground activations that form a vital part of the marketing campaign
  • Conduct intense consumer research directly and through the third party to constantly generate insights that can be applied to creative campaigns, product ideas or even on-ground changes
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (salesforce, Industrial Affairs, Regulatory, Medical, etc.) and External stakeholders (Creative, other Vendors) to ensure timely execution of New Product Development projects. Develop, execute and monitor business plan for the new products developments
  • Monitor competition on various aspects such as new offering, pricing, consumer offers, activities, and course-correct strategy if required by periodic travel to different geographies

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language

  • Demonstrated and recognized capacity to carry out activities for the brand as per priorities and execute them flawlessly
  • Ability to generate product concepts that help create the future for the brand
  • Strong skills to read business trends and good business acumen
  • Demonstrated capacity to lead challenging projects
  • Ability to communicate brand plans and strategy to various stakeholders

Qualification: B.Pharma/B.Sc, MBA/PGDM From institutes of Repute
