Job Description:
- Experience in Setting, Operation & Cleaning of Sifting & Milling, Blending operation in manufacturing activities
- Capable of Handling independently equipment’s like Sifter, Mill, and Blender in manufacturing areas
- Should accompany operator I, II & III while execution of batches
- Responsible for carrying out Product-to-Product change over & Batch to batch changeover within stipulated time by ensuring GMP compliance
- Monitoring & Recording of environmental conditions in Granulation, Blending & Process areas.
- Cleaning of process and Non-Process areas
- Should follow cGMP practices in the manufacturing area & should ensure SOP compliance while working in the manufacturing area
- Responsible for carrying out calibration of Balances & its respective cleaning
- Carry out documentation of all activities related to manufacturing areas
- Follow safety precautions in the production department
- Ensure compliance to data integrity as per laid down system and procedure
Qualification: 10th/12th/ITI
Experience: 1-2 years experience in OSD Granulation
