Position: Project Management Team Member

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

Job Description:

  • Prepare and present product marketing documents Key features, reasoning, and product advantages.
  • To Introduces products to Business Development Team for Business Development.
  • Assist and train the BD department in developing sales tools and marketing strategies.
  • Initiating different activities according to product needs in the market for a variety of customers.
  • Developing marketing strategies, internal and external Branding communication, media planning and media buying execution for the same analyze data from media campaigns.
  • Managing digital marketing including, SEO, SEM, PPC, Display Advt. And social media channels.
  • Identified, developed, and evaluated marketing strategies based on knowledge of company objectives and market trends.
  • To execute strategic competitive analysis by assessing the strengths and weaknesses of competitors.

  • To prepare marketing forecasts on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis.
  • Managing & providing training to the BD team regarding product and trends of the market.
  • Prepare work plans, established marketing strategy, conducted evaluation, and control via reports.
  • To conduct market surveys, designed and executed various camps and campaigns in the market.
  • To assess market potential & leverage through the right product mix aligned with Healthcare Solutions.
  • Brand management to strengthen portfolio reviving existing Portfolio. Consolidating existing brand portfolio Create a strategy for distinct positioning & communication of the division.
  • Leveraging A: S to achieve sales goals & bottom-line objectives set for the division.
    Build cohesive sales & marketing team to coach & develop product managers for higher responsibilities evaluating & controlling the marketing contribution for the division.

Qualification: B.Pharma/B.Sc/B.Tech, MBA/PGDM/M.Pharma

Experience: 7-10 Years

Salary: 7,00,000 to 12,00,000 INR CTC/PA
