Position: Project Manager – IPD

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Job Description:

Job Purpose:

End to end Project Management of IPD projects until securing launches as per the business need with agreed time and budget

Accountabilities:

  • Due diligence during the acceptance of projects from the portfolio for clarity on strategy at the time of project commencement.
  • Managing and overviewing of strategy and plan for each of the new projects after allocation from the portfolio.
  • Single point of contact (SPOC) for all allocated projects between the cross-functional team (internal & external) and Senior management.

  • On-time support to the project team for a quick resolution and timely escalations in case of delays or for decision making.
  • Ensure timely analysis and reporting to enable accuracy & transparency in information sharing.
  • Disseminate detailed project information across various organizational forums and share monthly updates with the Leadership team.
  • On-time publishing and escalation of risks and issues to concerned Senior management/ relevant stakeholders.
  • Communicating key decisions to cross-functional teams
  • Assure availability of essential project resources as and when applicable throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate Project management decisions & track project performance including risk management and stage-gate planning
  • Ensuring monthly review of projects with Project management Head/as and when required.

Qualification: B. Pharm/M. Pharm/ MSc/ MBA preferably PMP certified

Experience:  4-8 years in the field of product development and/or project management and/or Marketing in Pharmaceutical/ Consumer healthcare industry

Salary: Negotiable
