Position: Regional Business Manager General/Cardio-Diabetic

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Job Description:

  • Candidates must possess relevant experience in the pharma segment comprising General, Cardio – Diabetics segments.
  • Plan the annual sales for the Area Business Manager and Marketing Executives appropriately and ensure ownership of the target by the field.
  • Directly responsible for sales and expanding the customer base by developing, maintaining & expanding business with current/new customers.
  • Coordinating with Marketing Executives and analysis of their fieldwork with valid data.
  • Developing a strong Key Opinion Leader (KOL) communication network with subject leaders such as Diabetologists, Physicians, General Physicians, Cardiologists, etc.
  • Maintain accurate records, including date and contact information of doctors, chemists (key person) & attendants at Doctor’s clinic or hospital who can be contacted for future sales purposes.
  • Regularly attending strategy brief meetings & training workshops organized by the company to keep updated.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill. Relevant knowledge in the Pharma Industry.
  • Able to handle all General Segments and good in Man Management & Business Development.
  • Should have good experience in Scientific / Medical promotions, launching new products, and effective implementation of strategies. You should be good at Mandatory Administrative Control on the Field Force.

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 5-10 Years

Salary: Negotiable
