Job Description:
- Target achievement is assigned region-wise, product wise
- Ensure growth as per the set objective
- Implementation of company’s’ promotional strategies and inputs
- Identify the factors related to market, customer, competition, brand performance, and contribution
- Develop a relationship with key customer and ensure effective service and satisfaction
- Key Stockist management inventory and outstanding
- Recruitment, induction, training, and development of the team
- Manpower planning and structuring
- Regular joint work with the team
