Position: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Ahmedabad
Job Description:
- Plan the annual sales for the ASM and MSR appropriately and ensure ownership of the target by the field.
- Conduct the cycle meets, explaining the how and what to do of the strategies; and ensure the strategies are understood and implemented by the team)Analyzing the low performing territories and planning the action plan for sales improvement in these territories.
- Ensure the ASM and MSR have the doctor call average and chemist call average as per the norms.
- Team Management and Development while supervising them.
- Sound Product Knowledge, Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Organization and Problem Solving skills are Desirable
Qualification: Graduation
Experience: 10-20 Years
Salary: 6,00,000 to 10,00,000 INR (CTC/PA)
