Position: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Ahmedabad

Job Description:

  1. Plan the annual sales for the ASM and MSR appropriately and ensure ownership of the target by the field.
  2. Conduct the cycle meets, explaining the how and what to do of the strategies; and ensure the strategies are understood and implemented by the team)Analyzing the low performing territories and planning the action plan for sales improvement in these territories.
  3. Ensure the ASM and MSR have the doctor call average and chemist call average as per the norms.
  4. Team Management and Development while supervising them.
  5. Sound Product Knowledge, Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Organization and Problem Solving skills are Desirable

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 10-20 Years

Salary: 6,00,000 to 10,00,000 INR (CTC/PA)
