Position: Regional Sales Manager – Ayurveda

Location: Delhi NCR, India

Job Description:

  • To promote and coordinate the marketing and sales operations of the organization to optimize the corporate market share in Ayurveda. Provide support to the team to achieve the corporate mission and sales goals, with outstanding customer services.
  • Training of sales team about company products, rules, and regulations as per the sales team guidelines manual.
  • Joint field working with team members at the retail and stockist level.
  • To keep adequate stock at Depot in coordination with Depot Head.

  • To check and verify the Stock Transfer Order from Depot to Company in coordination with the depot head.
  • To keep track of short expiry and slow-moving products and ensure liquidation of the same on priority.
  • To ensure timely collection of payments from all the stockists.
  • To take proper feedback about the party to be appointed as a new stockist.
  • To appoint a new team member in coordination with ZSM / GM.
  • Ensure timely submission of Expenses of team members and self.
  • Daily attendance of team and self to be intimated to HO.
  • To conduct monthly sales meetings to review team-wise performance and to inculcate business development skills amongst team members of the region.

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 8-10 Years

Salary: 5,00,000 to 6,50,000 INR CTC/PA
