We currently have an opening as Regional Sales Manager (2nd Line) for Gujarat Region (Team: 4+ 18) in Cardio Diabetic & General Segment.

Position: Regional Sales Manager

Location; Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

Job Description:

  • Monitoring And Controlling Sales & Marketing Activities
  • Training To The Field Staff
  • Effectively Conceptualizing And Developing Product Positioning
  • Primary and secondary sales ensuring consistency in sales
  • Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members
  • Driving team members to the achievement of targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization
  • Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly level
  • Managing CFA
  • Ensuring timely reporting through the team in company-prescribed formats
  • Involvement in the competency-based recruitment process and coordinate with Director for the same.

Critical attributes/qualities:

Negotiation skills, Co-ordination, leadership, problem-solving, result orientation, Analytical ability, Team Building capability, Interpersonal skills, Computer literate

Note: Candidates having Cardio Diabetic Products experience is MUST.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidate must have a work experience of a minimum of 03 years as an RSM.


Qualification: B.Sc/B.Pharma/M.Pharma, MS/M.Sc

Experience: 7-10 Years

Salary: 6,00,000 to 9,00,000 INR CTC/PA
