Position: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India
Regional Sales Manager AP and Telangana:
Overall sales development of Generic and OTC products in the State of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Must have prior working experience in these states.
Job Description:
- Effectively handle fieldwork in the entire state to identify new market opportunities.
- To achieve assigned region business objective/Target (sales, collection, and growth) through the team of ASMs & SO’s.
- Training of sales team about company\’s products, rules, and regulations as per the sales team guidelines manual.
- Joint field working with team members at the retail and stockist level.
- To keep adequate stock at Depot in coordination with Depot Head.
- To check and verify the Stock Transfer Order from Depot to Company in coordination with the depot head.
- The hiring of ASM in coordination with ZSM / GM.
- Ensure timely submission of Tour plan / Managers Monthly Report / Expenses of team members and self.
- Review of Sales Team member’s activities & business.
Desired Candidate Profile Preference Exposure in handling Sales or Marketing profile of Generic and OTC product range
Qualification Graduate or Postgraduate with diploma or degree in Sales / Marketing
Qualification: Graduation, MBA/PGDM
Experience: 10-15 Years
Salary: 6,00,000 to 8,00,000 INR CTC/PA
