Position: Research Executive – IPR Management
Location: Goa, India
Job Description:
- Prepare clearance reports.
- Prepare the internal patent evaluation reports.
- Carry out a proper assessment of Patents.
- Respond to the quires raised by the marketing team for clarity on certain patents.
- Carry out a thorough literature search and send the report to R&D.
- Refer to various journals and gather relevant information.
- Shortlist the relevant patents/applications and do a thorough analysis of key pertinent patents/applications.
- Read the file history of relevant patents.
- Review the literature alert patents/applications and respond with proper conclusions.
- Prepare the PPA (preliminary patent assessment) report, which gives all patent landscape.
- Support the product, selection team.
- Respond to IP related queries by RA, Marketing, and FDA.
- Support the team in generating their own IPRs.
Qualification: MS/M.Sc, M.Pharma
Experience: 4-6 Years
Salary: Negotiable
