Founded in 1991 by Dr. Koteswara Rao, Transgene Biotek Ltd was one of the first Biotechnology companies in India. Although Transgene began life manufacturing and selling diagnostic kits, our company soon moved on to true biotech research, including the research and development of vaccines, oncology. New drug delivery technologies etc. The first major success came when we sold our genetically engineered recombinant Hepatitis B vaccine technology along with our novel and patented process in 1999 to the Serum Institute, Pune.

Position: Research Scientist
Location: Miyapur, Hyderabad Telangana, India
Job Description:
- Scientists with Ph.D. or M.Sc having at least 2 years of hands-on experience in protein chemistry, formulation, cell culture, analytical techniques such as spectrometry, HPLC, ELISA etc.
- To work with other scientists as a group and to take responsibility to execute assigned work schedule in a time-bound manner
Qualification: MS/M.Sc Chemistry, Ph.D. Chemistry
Experience: 2-3 Years
Salary: 3,50,000 – 8,50,000 INR CTC/PA
