Job Description:

1. Position: Sales Manager Ahmedabad

Division: Ortho

2. Position: Sales Manager Kolkata

Division: Cardio-Diabetic

3. Position: Sales Manager Hyderabad

Division: Gastro

Role & Responsibilities

  • Developing and Managing Team of Regional Managers, Area Managers and Medical Representatives
  • Responsible for Achievement of Targets through individual Region/Area, Increasing Market share.
  • Performance Manager- Managing Work Hygiene as well as Topline and Bottom Line
  • Strengthening Distribution, Manpower Deployment, and Resource utilization (Human/Material)
  • Supervising and Intervening wherever necessary in Performance
  • JFW with Team to improve Performance and OJT.

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 12-20 Years

Salary: 9,00,000 to 14,00,000 INR(CTC)
