Position: Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager (State Head)

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal, India

Job Description:

  • Build and execute a comprehensive regional sales plan after a thorough evaluation of the market scenario in the assigned regions with Seniors.
  • Synchronizing the plans with company macro plans/objectives
  • Ensuring the execution of the sales plan.
  • Develop and maintain a quality and well-trained sales team
  • Discuss the work plan with DSMs for effective implementation of preset plans
  • Coaching and guiding team members in enhancing their performance metrics
  • Maintain Inventory statement of our products from stockiest territory-wise & procure them in advance
  • Keep a check on the expiry date of our products & liquidize them before its expiry
  • To achieve Sales target of the whole region assigned
  • Manage the sales process for an assigned territory/accounts to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual quotas
  • Generate leads through cold calling, seminar presentations, meetings, and other lead generation activities
  • Monitor Primary Sales & Secondary sales in the territory
  • Negotiate successful contracts
  • Identify specific, key sales opportunities for the company to aggressively pursue.
  • Maintaining relations with existing and potential Doctors & Hospitals for continuous business from them and extend high-value-added support both pre-sales and post-sales
  • Provide post-sale service to Doctors & Hospitals including servicing of the product line, plus regular follow-up.
  • Monitoring the implementation of the strategies
  • Monitoring and feedback on day-to-day activities
  • Critical review of team on regular intervals

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 10-20 Years

Salary: Negotiable
