Role & Responsibilities
- Developing and Managing Team of Regional Managers, Area Managers, and Medical Representatives
- Responsible for Achievement of Targets through individual Region/Area, Increasing Market share.
- Performance Manager- Managing Work Hygiene as well as Topline and Bottom Line
- Strengthening Distribution, Manpower Deployment, and Resource utilization (Human/Material)
- Supervising and Intervening wherever necessary in Performance
- JFW with Team to improve Performance and OJT.
Qualification: Graduation
Experience: 12-20 Years
Salary: 9,00,000 to 14,00,000 INR(CTC)
