Position: Senior Associate – Human Resources

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Job Description:

Program Management:

  • Administer an organization’s standard program and project management processes.
  • Handle all aspects of project planning, requirements gathering, scheduling and work planning, communications, issue resolution, cost tracking, financial reporting, and change management.
  • During the program life cycle,  add value by ensuring delivered projects meet design specifications and quality standards and get completed in a timely manner

Program management process:

  • Ensure the development and implementation of consistent as well as standardized business processes.
  • Creating a standardization through project management templates for managing various organizational projects.

Data gathering/Data analytics:

  • The PMO is responsible for gathering relevant project data and has to produce information to be presented for review by the Regional PGS Site HR.
  • Based on updates by PGS Site HR Leads related to single or multiple projects, the PMO will be responsible for tracking the overall status of those projects.
  • They will assist in the standardization of the compilation of information and ways of reporting the same to the management.
  • Data analytics and creation of dashboard, executing the IMEX HR ecosystem, etc.

Cost Management:

Managing, monitoring, and tracking project-related costs are other relevant activities performed.

Project support:

  • Managing resource forecast or creating a resource capacity plan. This will help in understanding the availability of various resources for organizational projects
  • Enable capture of project requests and ensure each of those requests have enough relevant information that can aid in the assessment of that project
  • Maintaining an updated status of projects that are underway and those that have requests pending review
  • Implement prioritization and scoring models for better assessment of the requests that should be approved
