Position: Senior Executive Business Compliance.

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a Lead Compliance SPOC for designated Business Units in Abbott Specialty Care
  • Ensure constant monitoring and enforcement of all applicable compliance policies as well as SOPs
  • Ensure compliance assurance in designated Business Units
  • Ensure risk evaluation as well as remediation wherever applicable
  • Supporting in OEC monitoring / Internal Audit / External audit
  • Act as a whistleblower for the designated Business Units
  • Drive communication programs to improve compliance awareness and build a compliance assurance culture
  • Active contributor in pre-approval meets to ensure compliance adherence
  • Review & Monitor Post activity compliance adherence
  • Supporting business for smooth execution of all HCP activities
  • Monitoring of Plan Vs Execution of all HCP activities
  • MIS support to designated Business Units
  • Active Participation in Monthly business reviews
  • Conduct induction program for New Joiners on compliance in designated Business Units
  • Conduct various training programs as well as refresher modules on existing as well as new policy changes for designated Business Units

  • Risk Assessment ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Qualification: Bachelors in Finance / MBA in Hospital Management / BPharma

Experience: 3-5 Years

Salary: Negotiable
