Akums is offering an opportunity of ASAM Who will be responsible for Marketing and Business Development in his / her assigned area and ensure that financial and ethical objectives of the Company are met through proper deployment of Marketing and Commercial strategies, strengthening partnership with Retailers and proper implementation of various policies and guidelines as advised from time to time.

Designation: Sr Executive – Sales /Business Development (Channel Sales)

Location: Chennai, Kozhikode, Trivandrum, Madurai, Kanpur

Job Description:

  • A field sales executive shall visits/cover stand-alone pharmacies available in their allocated territory to advocate the supply/sale of products to the customers/pharmacies/retailers.
  • Primarily focus should be to get new pharmacies/retailers enrolled with the company and focus on sale/daily order booking of products as per the company’s targets.
  • These tasks are often performed over cold calling or knocking all doors/retailers available in the territory.
  • Focus on increasing the business by achieving sales targets.
  • Develop customers/retailers/pharmacies and get them enrolled with the company.
  • Plan and schedule pharmacies/retailers call and visit them as per planned and targeted call frequency i.e. 25 calls in a day.
  • Book orders from retailers/pharmacies on daily basis as per defined targets.
  • File daily call reports in the company’s field management application as per company norms & submit other relevant reports on a daily basis.
  • Implement company’s sales and marketing strategies and to achieve sales targets Create demand for company products

Qualification: Diploma/Graduation

Experience: 3-5 Years

Salary: Negotiable
