Designation: Sr Manager/DGM HR 

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Job Description:

HR Functions:

  • Talent acquisition
  • Talent management
  • Employee Motivational Programs
  • Induction for new recruits
  • Formulation & implementation of HR policies/schemes such as suggestion schemes, grievance procedures, attendance, and production incentive schemes.
  • Prepare structure and smart organogram for growing company considering Retirement and attrition.
  • Performance management.
  • Payroll Management system -roll-out
  • Supervision of wages and salary administration
  • Identification and analysis of training needs of employees and organizing training programs.
  • Conducting exit interviews.
  • To work on assignments to improve the positive market image of the company.
  • CSR implementation.
  • Digitization of the HR process.
  • Organizing monthly communication meet.

  • Conducting HR meet with new joiners after certain intervals.
  • Organizing picnic, various competitions.
  • Managing employee birthdays, farewells and new joined welcome
  • Onboarding and induction training
  • Organizing and coordinating Training as per Training Calendar
  • Training needs identification through skill matrix and competency mapping.
  • Evaluation of training effectiveness. Identification of internal and external trainer.
  • Assist in the evaluation of Goals to top Management for the performance appraisal of the employees
  • Organizing Inductions for new joiners at SunPetro
  • Raise Indents for Transportation / Vehicles for team members and timely process invoices for payments after concerned approvals.
  • Employee engagement programs

Admin Function:

  • Travel and hospitality
  • Transport / Vehicle requirement at HQ and field.
  • Cost Optimization on Team Travel.
  • Stay and Guesthouse identification in all fields.
  • Office administration.
  • Ensuring compliance of statutory regulations, renewal of licenses, etc.
  • Liaising with Govt. and local agencies.
  • Organizing manpower through labor contractors

Qualification: MBA in HR with Engineering background will be preferred

Experience: 16-22 Years

Salary: Negotiable
