Position: Sr Officer Quality Control

Location: Tarapur, Maharashtra

Job Description:

  • Observation of Good Laboratory practices as laid down in SOP.
  • Initiation, completion, and filing of Daily Analysis report.
  • Analyze finished products, stability study samples and release with proper
  • Execution of special assignments given by Section Head.
  • Troubleshooting of the instruments and Equipment.

  • Upkeep the control sample, reserve samples, and its record.
  • Disposition of finished products, stability study sample.
  • Checking of test results against standards and timely reporting of any
  • Deviations, the 00S, and OOT result to the Section Head.
  • Maintenance of Reference standards, Primary standards, working standards,
    and GC standards.
  • Laboratory maintenance as per GLP compliance.
  • To maintain the safety norms while working in the
  • lab (e.g. Use PPE’s during handling of samples as per procedure).
  • Responsible to read, understood, and follow EHS SOPs and Guideline.
  • Attendance on El-IS Training.
  • Involvement in EHS Informal Inspection.
  • Sharing of Incident, Accident of other location/Plant in Dept.

  • Ensure that the hazardous Waste is packed, stored, and disposed of as per Requirement.
  • Responsible to make yourself available to attend an emergency.
  • Discuss Shift Highlights of Shift during Charge Handover Meeting.
  • Any other assignments were given by section head or Manager.
  • Comply with all cGMP, GxP, or any other regulatory requirements, including EHS requirements.
  • Complete training on relevant SOPs and develop an understanding of the activities to be conducted prior to undertaking any task.
  • Conduct all tasks/ activities as per applicable SOPs.
  • Report any difficulty or deviation in following the procedure/ instructions to the immediate Supervisor/Manager.
  • Report any quality concerns or suggestions for improvements to supervisors/ managers.

Qualification: B.Pharma, MS/M.Sc/M.Pharma

Experience: 2-7 Years
