Job Description:

  • Developing Effective Product mix to meed Brand Objective and Cutomer Needs
  • Monitoring Business Performance and External Environment, Intervene to achieve the Business objective with correct tools & corrective actions
  • Coordination with vendors for timely delivery of Initiatives for Brand.
  • Creating Plans to Optimize Business returns and Lifecycle of Brand.
  • Target Achievements by Team Members
  • Scientific Knowledge of Diseases and Market understanding to develop customer insight.
  • Understanding and use of Core principles of Marketing like C4/MPH to meet customer requirements.
  • Act as Brand champion to infuse focused enthusiasm in internal and external customers/Agencies

Qualification: B.Pharma/B.Sc, MBA/PGDM

Experience: 8-12 Yrs

Salary: 8,00,000 to 10,00,000 INR (CTC)
