Position: Team Member – EHS
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
Job Description:
- Execute day to day EHS Activities such as plant safety inspection, EHS review, work permits, observations, workplace safety and taking/ensure precautionary measures etc.
- Executing the Hazop study, plant unit operation study as per the process change and requirements
- Conduct Mock drills and implement recommendations and maintain the documents related to compliance and training.
- Carry out training like scheduled, Safety awareness training, risk mitigation awareness training, Disaster Management training, and awareness within employees.
- Follow-up and physical check with vendors for the monthly maintenance of the firefighting equipment, fire protection, and detection system
- Ensure the emission of the boiler, DG & ETP are within limits as per guidelines.
- Ensure all necessary first aid and training are conducted timely.
- Conduct the EHS review against the Accident/ Incident and other case studies, unsafe condition, and existing operation
- Oversee Calibration, Monitoring and inspection of the safety equipment is done as per schedule
- Prepare for Internal / External Audits and comply to improvement
- Preparation & review of aspect Impact Assessment & Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment templates & timely updation.
- Manage safe receipt and disposal of waste generate.
- Maintain records related to waste management.
- Review the Existing PPE and check the safety equipment with different vendors for Quality and cost
- Organize promotional activities NSW, Fire service week, Road safety week, etc.
- Execute closure of CAPA of EHS review against incidents, audits
- Provide and ensure safety equipment at the plant
Qualification: B.Sc, B.Pharma, Diploma in Safety & Environmental Hazards
Experience: 4-6 Years of Relevant Experience
Salary: Negotiable
