Designation: Training Specialist – Quality

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Job Description:

About the Department

Novo Nordisk (NN) Quality India department was established in May 2015, with the purpose of delivering services related to quality processes such as training coordination and document control, NovoGloW (Quality & Compliance Management platform), Records Management to various internal clients within Novo Nordisk. The main purpose of our existence is to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to the processes in terms of standardization and efficiency.

The Position

  • As a training specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Global Process expert in driving the “Job Specific training” process across Novo Nordisk.
  • Also, you will be responsible to develop and support training strategy, contribute to process improvements within Quality processes which include the development of the process, roll out of systems, training, and campaigns across NN.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in the relevant areas like Leadership, project execution, Quality processes, Project management, Service management, Certified CGMP training.
  • Should have a thorough understanding of Job Specific Training are their experience of implementation from TNA to execution, control, and governance
  • Good understanding of service management and Project management
  • Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal) and presentation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills should be able to communicate well across all levels within the organization should be Resilient
  • Competent and mature individual who has experience in handling process inspection/audits
  • Strong analytical skills to assess, analyses and provide key sights to the senior management on business problems/management
  • Good negotiation, collaboration, and decision-making skills

Qualification: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

Experience: Overall 10+ years of experience with minimum 5yrs in Quality processes, the experience is in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred

Salary: Negotiable
