Position: Pharmacist for Online Medicines
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai Suburbs, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Job Description:
- Check prescriptions to ensure that there are no errors and that they are appropriate and safe for the individual patient.
- Digitize the medicines as per the prescription.
- Contacting referring physicians’ offices with questions over-prescription.
- Handle customer queries, and resolve their issues or initiate appropriate steps such as complaint escalation to relevant departments for resolution.
- Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality with respect to customers’ medical details.
- Take calls for Home Delivery and upsell
- Make cold calls to take feedback and upsell
- Make calls to promote the E-com / T-com business model
Desired Candidate profile
- Experience in Online Pharmacy/Retail Pharmacy mandatory, Fresher may also apply
- Must-Have Good Communication Skills
- Only Male Candidate request to apply
- Ready to Work in Shifts
Qualification: D.Pharma/B.Pharma
Experience: 0-5 Years
Salary: 1,25,000 to 3,00,000 INR(CTC/PA)
