Position: Production – Operators TA / TAs (Formulation OSD Only)
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
Job Description:
- To carry out Granulation & Capsule Filling area activity as per SOP and to record the same in the respective document.
- To check all in-process checks mentioned in BMR and SOP’s and recording them in the relevant document.
- To check the yield of the batch at each stage of Granulation & Capsule Filling.
- To bring to the notice of the supervisor any unusual matter or deviation during the operation.
- Calibration of balances and monitoring daily temperature and relative humidity.
- To inform supervisor regarding repairs and preventive maintenance.
- To perform Granulation & Capsule Filling operation with proper safety standards.
- To maintain cleanliness in the Granulation & Capsule filling area.
- Status labelling for the equipment and area.
- Monitoring & Execution of capsule inspection activity.
- To perform the unit operation and cleaning as per BMR and SOP.
- To perform equipment cleaning and area cleaning as per SOP.
- To maintain all records/Logbooks in the area.
- Responsible for BMR online entries.
Qualification: Diploma, B.Sc
Experience: 1-6 Years
Salary: Negotiable
