- Achieving Zonal Target through Individual Regional teams by Breaking Annual Targets in Monthly/Quarterly/Harfyearly
- Keeping a Check and Tracking Achievement of ASM’s/RSM’s & Their teams on Monthly Basis
- Managing/Planning Inventory & control to meet Order fulfilments without any shortages.
- Coordination with Marketing team for Meets/Seminars/CME’s etc at Zonal Level
- Launching New Products successfully and Driving Lifecycle of Existing Products
- Team Development, Structural Planning and Business
- Planning and structuring the business and team
- JFW with objectives of Execution Standards, Driving Business and Developing Team besides solving problems
- Validate feedback and data which is collected by The Regional sales manager from his team.
