Job Description:

  • Achieving Zonal Target through Individual Regional teams by Breaking Annual Targets in Monthly/Quarterly/Harfyearly
  • Keeping a Check and Tracking Achievement of ASM’s/RSM’s & Their teams on Monthly Basis
  • Managing/Planning Inventory & control to meet Order fulfilments without any shortages.
  • Coordination with Marketing team for Meets/Seminars/CME’s etc at Zonal Level
  • Launching New Products successfully and Driving Lifecycle of Existing Products
  • Team Development, Structural Planning and Business
  • Planning and structuring the business and team
  • JFW with objectives of Execution Standards, Driving Business and Developing Team besides solving problems
  • Validate feedback and data which is collected by The Regional sales manager from his team.

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 15-24 Years
