OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales Management
- Consistently achieve the territory targets
- Develop KOLs and KBLs based on doctor list
- Check stock availability at stockist and chemist level ensure TMs do proper RCPAs
- Maintain and build customer relationship through joint calls with TMs
- Increase prescriber base and PYD of the territory
2. Process orientation
- Check coverage and compliance of TMs as per company norms
- Ensure effective RCPA
- Maintain call average of the team as per company norms
- To ensure compliance administrative tools like constant updation of SFE with potential customers, timely submission of reports by the TMs
- Submission of accurate and timely reports
3. People development
- On the job coaching for TMs on regular basis
- Provide performance feedback based on observation in joint calls
- Ensure TMs have adequate and updated scientific knowledge
- Use effective retention measures to ensure team stability and performance
4. Market Development
- Capture market feedback from customers (internal and external) on a regular basis and provide inputs to PM team
- Developing a potential customer data base and initiate activities to create a regular prescriber base.

Qualification: Graduate, ideally in a Science or Pharmacy” discipline
Experience: 10-15 Years, Currently as 2nd Line Manager
Salary: 8,00,000 TO 12,00,000 INR CTC/PA
