Position: Zonal Sales Manager – OTC

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

Job Description:

  • Must have good command in respective territories
  • Create an overall strategy and lead the execution of growing our sales in the respective market.
  • Development detailed sales strategy, metrics, processes, and reports on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis.
  • Responsible for identifying, negotiating, and signing up distributors in the region.
  • Develop and manage distribution Chanel relationships.
  • Responsible for hiring and managing Sales Reps to support sales of the product in the region.
  • Provide Market Research and Feedback to the management of the company.
  • Come up with innovative and aggressive sales strategies to combat challenges.
  • Update and maintain records of company documents, collaterals, etc.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze market/consumer trends, competitive environment, pricing strategies, and provide recommendations/solutions to management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English) is a must.
  • Advance Excel & Data Analysis skill is a must
  • Must have experience in working in ERP.

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 10-15 Years

Salary: Negotiable
