Position: Zonal Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager

Location: Delhi NCR, Trivandrum (Kerala), Bengaluru (Karnataka), India

Job Description:

  • Existing Regional Sales Manager or Zonal Sales Manager both can apply for this position.
  • Candidate MUST have exposure of Gynaecologists, Pediatrics, Physician, Diabetologists, Cardio, Gastro, Pediatric specialty in respective required areas.
  • Should have exposure to handling team size of 35-40 people and business volume of more than 80.00 Lacs per month.
  • Demonstrate a high level of energy, enthusiasm, dedication, and involvement at work.
  • Ensure each member of the team will deliver his best performance consistently.
  • Ability to lead the team by setting core examples for an inspiring performance.
  • Should have a strong ability to analyses team members’ performance and work on to be improved areas of individual.
  • Managing sales budget by Setting up sales goals.

  • To achieve Organizational Objectives by manpower planning and ensuring implementation of Strategies, Policies, and systems within the time frame.
  • Strive continuously for business development by identifying untapped potential markets and key customers.
  • Support extensively to the team for Key customer conversion.
  • Lay down such strategies and systems for the team according to the geography, people mentality, and area potentiality. Handle every individual as a unique person.
  • To Develop and Retain people and device controls for smooth functioning
  • To Develop Corporate Loyal Doctors and new market
  • Proactively develop, implement, and evaluate all the sales plans of a company.
  • Provide a high level of motivation, directions, and high valued leadership to your team to achieve sales objectives month on month.
  • Nurturing and retaining internal (Team) and external key customers
  •  Make a team do small – small activities and convert it into a big success.

Required Candidate profile;

  • The candidate age should be below 42 years. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the same position. The local candidate would be preferred.
  • Experience in Pediatric, Gynecologist, Diabetic, Gastro, Nephro, and Endo segment is a must.
  • Should have strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership skill set. Ability to resolve any issue immediately.
  • Should have the good analytical skill and good in time management, Decision making, strategic planning, and Execution.
  • Should have a good performance track record with dynamic career orientation.
  • He should be Task and result oriented.

Qualification: B.Sc/B.Pharma, MBA/PGDM

Experience: 10-20 Years

Salary: Negotiable
