Designation: Zonal Sales Manager (1ST Line Manager)
- Leading team of Expert Sales executives to deliver a plan for the region
- Coaching & Development of Representatives to deliver best-in-class HCP (healthcare professional engagement and in-clinic effectiveness
- b. Appropriate Segmentation & Targeting of HCPs so that most relevant Experts are engaged for HUL products
- Build high engagement/energy, & motivation within the team.
- Efforts to ensure low levels of attrition.
- Analysing Area statistics from multiple sources, like IQVIA, to arrive at factual hypothesis and performance improvement solutions
- Ensure execution of quarterly/annual expert activation plans and budgets for their area; effective implementation of the plans.
- Ensuring HUL Values & Compliance policies are followed Build and Develop contacts with relevant key opinion leaders / HCPs; since ZESMs will be based out of top 40 towns, they would need to manage very senior National/State level KOLs Breadth

Salary: 14,00,000 to 17,00,000 INR (CTC/PA)
